Main Tasks and Responsibilities

The product manager champions the user experience and is the bridge between the customer and our sales, marketing, and technology teams. You must have the vision to anticipate changes in user needs over the next 1-3 years, the practical skills to devise and specify enhancements to our web sites and mobile apps, and the tenacity to shepherd projects from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to create product roadmaps
  • Use consumer insights to help develop product propositions
  • Represent users and ensure their needs are front of mind throughout development
  • Create business cases for each project to justify allocation of resource
  • Specify and document structure, information architecture, functionality and user flows across desktop and mobile web, mobile apps and social
  • Work with project management, design and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and new features
  • Test new functionality, provide feedback and prioritise issues
  • Track performance against goals using web analytics

Experience and Skills

  • Currently working as a product manager in an internet company
  • Experience launching new digital products and rebuilding existing ones

  • Leading the company's digital marketing efforts to grow the brands online presence, engage audiences and drive digital and Web lead conversions
