One of the largest Indian two-wheeler manufacturer, TVS Motors, launched its premium segment motorcycle Apache RTR 160 RD. Apache RTR has been already successful in India since its launch due to superb performance and power derived from Racing Throttle Response. The new Apache RTR 160 RD comes with factory fitted 200mm Rear Petal Disc Brake that adds a new performance dimension offering Incomparable Braking Performance. The new model is available at a nominal premium of Rs. 2000 over the existing rear drum brake version.

"Apache is the result of TVS racing heritage and has been born on the racetrack and was built to redefine and set a benchmark in the performance segment, both in terms of leading edge technology and design styling. We have now introduced the option of a rear disc at a nominal price. The new model is expected to become a rage amongst the youth due to fast, furious, muscular and powerful performance that is well-accompanied with all the safety parameters. Apache had been the company’s first sporty motorcycle that depicted the young, aggressive, vibrant and committed outlook of the company.
