Superbikes in India from Yamaha and Suzuki
India is witnessing launching of several super-bikes in the country. It is a feast for the eyes to the onlookers and a pride for the owner. The bikes are priced in a range of Rs 10 lakh to Rs 55 lakhs.
Suzuki recently launched its 1300cc Hayabusa and the 1800 cc cruiser Intruder M1800R priced at Rs. 12.5 lakh each (ex-showroom, Delhi). The company plans to import 50 bikes this year and is expecting a rise in the demand in the country. According to the company Vice-President, Atul Gupta, Suzuki has already imported 30 bikes which will take care of 20 day inventory stock. The company will evaluate the demand before importing the next batch. It also plans to bring its GSX-R series of motorcycles in India.
Yamaha has launched its 1,000 cc YZF-R1 superbike and the 1,670 cc MT-01 priced in the Rs 10-15 lakh range. Italian moto-major Triumph has also launched its Monster, Multistrada and 1098 superbikes in the Indian market priced in the Rs 15-55 lakh range. It plans to sell 350 bikes annually at the rate of one bike per day.

Yes I am ready to take Hyabusha and order it. As like Honda introduced Hybrid Civic car and deceresed its price to float this car in India. Then only it can catch the market. Like this SUZUKI HAS TO GIVE THE BIKE FOR COST OF ITS PRODUCTION RATE IN INDIA AND LET THE BIKES ROLL IN INDIAN ROADS THEN ONLY IT CAN SEE THE WELCOME FROM BIKE ENTHUSITS. THANKING YOU.
