Renault unveils new face-lifted Koleos
Renault, the France based leading car maker, has revealed the new face-lifted version of its popular Koleos SUV (sports utility vehicle) on Thursday. It is to be mentioned here that the Koleos SUV is scheduled to be launched in the Indian market in October this year. The car will be shelved in the price segment of sub Rs 20 lakh, where it will be taking on with the likes of Toyota Fortuner, Nissan X-Trail, Honda CR-V, Ford Endeavour and Chevrolet Captiva. It will be the second portfolio car of Renault in India following Fluence sedan which was recently rolled-out in the Indian market.
The new face lifted Koleos model carries a number of cosmetic changes that comprises of newly designed front lights, bumper and a larger single frame grille, and a few improvements in the interior too. The mirrors of the car now come
incorporated with LED lights. The new model is offered in a new color - Cayenne Orange.
The new Koleos will be offered in three engine options including two diesels (150 bhp and 175 bhp) and one petrol engine (170 hp). The emission level of the car has also been reduced to 148g/km for dCi 150 engine and 166g/km for dCi 175 engines.
