New Suzuki SX4 2010 Model
Suzuki Motor Corp has revised its SX4 model in the international market. The new model is on sale overseas with minor styling tweaks carrying new looks, new trims and new petrol engine. Suzuki has re-styled the bumper as well as the front grille on the exteriors. The interiors also complement the new exteriors and have been redone too. It now features cushioned armrests in the doors along with more sound proofing and new carpets. Interiors also include the newly designed lower centre dashboard panel that houses the audio, air conditioning and other controls.
The new SX4 features two choices of engine for its overseas buyers – 1.6L petrol and diesel engines. The petrol engine is new and delivers 10 percent more fuel efficiency than the previous one and average of 19.36 kmpl. The diesel engine also now achieves better economy and emissions than before – averaging 24.49 kmpl and emitting 129g/km CO2. The company has also introduced a 4WD model that will go on sale in April 2010.
The new model SX4 also comes with fog lights and several new features that have been described by Suzuki as, “characteristics of sporty compacts exemplified by the Swift with those of lightweight SUVs such as the Grand Vitara, to create an exciting small car alternative.”

May god bless Maruthi to come out with the SX4 diesel variant, thanks for the updates. Believe me, its been 2 years Iam waiting for that without changing my old car. Hopefully Maruthi may launch this SX4 diesel variant in this year july, or the VW Vento will be there at that time with all the flying colours. The rest u can imagine.
