Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL), the country’s largest car maker, has launched the limited edition of its best selling small car Maruti Alto in the Indian market. The new Limited Edition has been named as Alto Xplore. With as much as 10 new features, the new limited edition Maruti Alto Explore will be available as variants in both Alto Standard and Alto K10. With the launch of limited edition Alto, the company looks forward to capitalize on the high demand of the Diwali festive season.
It is to be mentioned here that the launch of the new limited edition Alto took place on the very same day on which Hyundai has launched its much awaited small car Eon in the Indian market. The new Hyundai Eon is expected to grab a major chunk of the sales of Alto in the country.
While speaking to reporters at the launch of new Alto Xplore, the Chief General Manager - Marketing, Maruti Suzuki India, Mr. Shashank Srivastava said, "Alto has been the favorite hatchback for Indians. With festive season coming up customers look forward for exciting offers. With the introduction of this limited edition we will cater to this need of Alto buyers."
The new Alto Xplore is available in six exciting colors and carries a number of new features including new stereo sys with USB and Bluetooth connectivity, luxurious leather seats with graphics and roof spoiler, etc.
