Mitsubishi Plans to Increase its Capacity in India
Mitsubishi has collaboration with Hindustan Motors in India. It now plans to increase its capacity to four times in India in coming few years. Vice-President South Business Head for Mitsubishi, talked to media person and said that the production capacity of Mitsubishi cars would go up to 24000 units from current 6000 units in next three to four years.
It is also opening new dealerships in the country to expand its network and make its car more readily available. Auto industry has always witnessed a surge in sales by opening a local dealer for its cars. Opening a dealership also substantially reduced the prices of spare parts and caters to launch of technologically advanced products to cater to the Indian market demands.
New dealerships from HM Mitsubishi would showcase the entire range of its models under one roof. Indian customers would find Lancer, Cedia, Pajero and Montero under one roof.
