International Models of Cars Coming in 2010
There are several international models coming up in 2010 that have been featured at various Auto Shows in Frankfurt, Geneva, Los Angeles, etc. Most of these models are either based on hybrid technologies or are more fuel efficient. Car makers around the world are working towards greener cars that will be main highlights in the coming years.
Ford will launch C-Max in the UK in September 2010 that will be priced at £16-£24,000 or Rs. 12.61 lakh to Rs 18.24 lakh. It will be based on the new Focus platform with the addition of a new soft-turbo 1.6 EcoBoost. Other Ford models that will be on sale will be Ford Mondeo, Ford Galaxy, and Ford S-Max that will feature new facelift including engines as well as interiors.
Honda International will launch new CRV model with Euro 5-compliant 148bhp 2.2-litre i-DTEC diesel engine. It will also come with automatic transmission option for the first time. Honda will also launch CR-Z hybrid coupe in 2010 which will go on sale in April this year. Honda lovers can also expect the new lighter and faster Civic Type R Mugen model.
Hyundai, Volkswagen, Jaguar, Kia, and all the auto makers around the world have planned new launches for this year. Cartradeindia will keep you posted everyday with more international models coming in 2010.
