Hyundai i10 Overseas Model
i10 is a sales monster for Hyundai Motors India Limited. The company manufactures the model at its Chennai plant in India and exports it to several countries around the world. Hyundai i10 1.2L Classic model has performed extremely well in the overseas market. It also recorded remarkable sales during the Scrappage Scheme launched by some of the European countries in past few months.
The new international model 1.2 Classic comes with affordability that is well-accompanied by design, style and even a five year warranty. The well-designed interiors make maximum use of space offering a lot of versatility. The European design is quite neat and is not jarring to look at. Hyundai small cars have always been known for their tall stance and it perfectly reflects in the new i10 as well. Rear passengers not only have decent leg room but even the head clearance for all passengers is well-established.
Hyundai small cars have perfectly led the way in past year. For the ninth consecutive month Hyundai has increased sales in Europe and outperformed the market trend by registering a growth of nearly 31.6 percent in October itself and overall 24.2 percent growth in the whole year when the market size shrunk overall by 5 percent.
“It is very rewarding to see the continued success of our efforts to grow market share this year,” said Allan Rushforth, Vice President of Hyundai Motor Europe. “While many in the industry have cut back on spending, we have been very aggressive in our marketing, and the results speak for themselves. Sales have increased considerably in our three biggest markets, with Germany up 37%, the UK 83% ahead of last year, and Italy achieving 65% growth.
Hyundai i10 model leads the market and its other models like i20, i30 also perform well in the premium small car segment.
