Hyundai Genesis Coupe to be Launched
Korean car maker Hyundai Genesis Coupe is another addition to its global product portfolio. Genesis was launched last year as four door sedan with V6 and V8 power. It was a big hit on the auto show circuit and got, by and large, rave reviews.
Now Hyundai has come with Genesis Coupe that threatens to give a run for the money to its competitors like Mustang, Challenger and Camaro. The overall look of the car definitely carries more shades of European and Japanese curves than American. Based on the same chassis as the luxury life Genesis Sedan, the Coupe, with its wheelbase tightened up by 4.6 inches, is dramatically different.
“Come along as we show you how to whip up the ultimate drift experience. A tasty concoction of the RWD Hyundai Genesis Sports Coupe and Rhys Millen Racing! Served up hard and fast in Long Beach and El Toro! For more info, check out TheGenesisCoupe.com,” says Hyundai on its Facebook fan page.
Genesis is much more of a true performance car with its rear drive chassis. It is priced from Rs. 10.98 lakh for a 210 HP turbocharged 4 with a 6-speed manual, to Rs. 15.81 lakh for a fully loaded V6.
