Honda will be launching its small car for the Indian customers in 2011. However, Honda can be trusted to go an extra mile to make its customers most comfortable. Although Honda’s new small car will be sold globally, its principal market shall remain India.

For example, Honda had recently shipped several saris to Japan. Several models were clad in these saris and then made to enter and exit the car while the engineers observed. The engineers and the car designers wanted to know if the Indian women will be comfortable in the car!

Honda intends to generate volume sales in India with the help of its new small car model. All Honda models are known for their luxury, style and comfort and the new small car coming up for the Indian market will be no less. It shall comply with all the Honda standards and its luxuries.

The new small car concept was showcased at the Delhi Auto Expo 2010 earlier in January this year. Honda has not named the new car as yet, but it will qualify for the small car benefits in India with length less than 4 meters and engine with capacity of 1.2L.
