Fiat India brings the significance of Italian innovations and technologies in limelight

Fiat, the Italian auto maker, has started a new layout ‘Italian Technological Marvels’ at its Fiat Caffe. With a new theme, the car maker is representing the excellence of Italian engineering for the next couple of months. As per the car maker, the discoveries and inventions made by the Italian professionals in different fields have made the fortunes of the world.

At the Fiat Caffe, the company has showcased the significant inventions and discoveries made by Italians in automotive world including ball bearings, electric motors, batteries, internal combustion engines and microprocessors. The new initiative started by the company floats around corporate, students, office goers and the potential buyers of the Italian marque.

The promotional stunt of the Fiat also sports some of the company’s inventions, like the 1.3 litre Multijet SDE and Common Rail Direct Injection technology. It also features a talk by the Head of Commercial, Enrico Atanasio about the culture and inventions of Italy and a presentation about Fiat’s Multijet technology by the Head of Fiat Powertrain, Gurpratap Boparai. In order to enhance the essence of the pre-set theme, the company has designed the facilities’ walls with pictures of several Italian Inventions and Fiat technologies, like Multijet and Blue&Me.

The audience will be provided with an opportunity to experience a test drive of newly launched Fiat models and can also go through the domestic as well as global details relating to the company. The rich heritage and vast history of Fiat is being depicted in a luxurious style by the rare collection of Fiat’s worldwide merchandise, fashionable and exceptional furniture as well as fittings and big sized screens showing the ads of the car maker.

As a part of the campaign, product display and special events are also featured at the Caffe from time to time. The in-house library of the company flaunts several books relating to the glorious history of the Italian auto maker and its sister companies. The participants of the event can sip the taste of the conventional Italian culture while adding to the knowledge of their preferred brands. The event is a result of the efforts of Senior Vice-President, Commercial, Enrico Atanasio; Head, Engineering as well as Design, Jayant Deb and Gurpratap Boparai, Head, Fiat Powertrain.
