Audi positions new top brass on Ducati’s boards

The Germany based leading luxury car maker Audi has appointed a new top brass at the management of their recently acquired Ducati Motor Holding. The new board of directors has appointed Mr. Rupert Stadler (Audi’s CEO) as the new president of board.

On the other hand, Ducati’s Gabriele Del Torchio and Claudio Domenicali have been appointed as member of board. The remaining board members include Audi’s Horst Glaser and Axel Strotbek.

Mr. Gabriele Del Torchio has been appointed as the CEO Ducati Motor Holding. The firm also formed two different committees including members of the Ducati Motor Holding Management and new Ducati Motor Holding Executive Committee of members of the board. The German auto giant has also positioned Gabriele Del Torchio on the Lamborghini board of directors.

Since last few years, Audi has been working aggressively on increasing their presence in the global market. The acquisition of Ducati will further strengthen the position of the company.
