2011 Hyundai Sonata

The brand new European design of Hyundai Sonata 2011 model is ready to make a splash amidst the mid-sized sedans. The new Hyundai Sonata model sports six-speed automatic or manual transmission powered by a new direct injection 2.4L 4-cylinder engine. The car delivers a highway mileage of 14 kmpl which will later come with a 2.0L engine and hybrid power train later in the year.

The wheelbase of new Sontata is an inch longer but the inner space for the passenger is a little cramped than the 2010 model. Nevertheless, the model has bigger passenger compartment than its competitors in the mid-size sedan segment which includes Ford Fusion, Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima.

Hyundai is also introducing its new Elantra 2011 model this year. The car has already started weather testing this winter. The new model comes with sleeker design and the coupe like roofline closely resembles the one that is present in the new Hyundai Sonata model.
