My manza car is having an inherent defect which has not been able to be rectified. Tata Motors is not responding. Now i want to approach the consumer court for replacement of vehicle. Can somebody guide how to go about it

Tata dealer can sell out their demo vehicle to any individual person or they return back to Tata Motors.

I am having used Safari 2007 model .jan
my question is after how many KM it should get serviced after buying i had run it 5200km in 3 months. at the time of purchase it was full serviced but diesel filter was not replaced should i get it replace?? now it my safari is at 71900km run genuine.
