I own a Maruti 800 car with karnataka Regn. I had to shiftresidence to Kerala in April 2011 and did not have time to obtain NOC. Now I am not in a position to visit Bangalaore for the next few months. Can I get NOC from RTA Karnataka without my being personally present there?

I recently got my car serviced from one of the Motorcraft'sworkshop in NCR and the service is not upto the mark. The engine oil is leaking (i noticed after few days)and there are portions of the engine that were opened and they havn't been closed properly. Moreover the fault(overheating) for which he car was sent to workshop has not been rectified properly, due to which my engine could have seized or caught fire...What should I do..I am frustrated with what they have done..Please advice..

How much large CNG tank can be fitted in WagonR and HyundaiAccent? I mean the largest tank. I do not care about the loss of boot space. Will it be single or need to have two tanks? What other modification need to be done on car, to adjust these tank/tank's. Pls answer in KG.

1. Kindly tell me if it is right to drive petrol cars inneutral gear after gaining a speed of 100 kms and again bringing to top gear after coming down to 80 kms or so in plain roads.
