Dear Sir,

I have purchased a modified willy jeep in 2010. At that time the seller has give me all the documents exept the NOC from Moga , Punjab RTO. Now this year , incidently its Insurance has expired and in order to get the new insurance done , companies are asking for a NOC . Please advice how can I get the NOC for my vechile.
