which insurance company is best towards claim settelment, cash less benfit,

Hi Sir,

I bought a new car and it met with an accident within three months. I did the actual formality of submission to Oriental Insurance Co with the FIR report. Our car dealer took the car from the accident spot & brought it back to their workshop. However, they are asking for front payment of 1 lacs to begin the repair of the vehicle. But our insurance covers 95% of the repair. Even though, they are still asking for the front payment. Please advise us regards of this matter,

Just back from abroad to find my car insurance 2007 tata indica insurance expired. Dont have the old insurance papers as well. Plz advise how to buy a new insurance
