Hi Sir,
I bought a new car and it met with an accidentwithin three months. I did the actual formality of submission to Oriental Insurance Co with the FIR report. Our car dealer took the car from the accident spot & brought it back to their workshop. However, they are asking for front payment of 1 lacs to begin the repair of the vehicle. But our insurance covers 95% of the repair. Even though, they are still asking for the front payment. Please advise us regards of this matter,
