I am driving a car which was purchased in the name of my brother in law. He has gone abroad for 1 year. Please let me know if there would be any problem in case insurance claim settlements as the Insurance and car both are in the name of my brother in law.
Secondly should I go for an insurance claim in case the amount of dames is close to Rs. 7000. I have a Ritz Disel with no claim bonus for 1 year.
