I am driving a car which was purchased in the name of mybrother in law. He has gone abroad for 1 year. Please let me know if there would be any problem in case insurance claim settlements as the Insurance and car both are in the name of my brother in law.
Secondly should I go for an insurance claim in case the amount of dames is close to Rs. 7000. I have a Ritz Disel with no claim bonus for 1 year.

I have Zen LX.Dec. 2004 model in Superb condition havingcomprehensive insurance tii Oct 09. of a nationalsed insh co.at pune
will be leaving for US in Sept.09 for three months, car will be not in use.I also want to change my insurance co. What should i do & wich co policy ishould take.
