What is cashless certificate,car dealers says that this certificate can be obtained when car is insured through dealer.Dealers charges of insurance are higher than direct insurance from insurance company.
I have purchased a ford figo car in june 2010,at the time of purchase car was insured through dealer,i have not taken any claim from insurance.Next insurance is due on 5.6.11.
please advise me that i should go for insurance through dealer for cashless certificate,or directly contact to insurance company.

My Figo car got some dent on front side(courtesy Share auto) and dent in back(courtesy bikers from Chennai).While asking for insurance, the icici person told only one can be rectified is it true?
I got these dents in different period of time

I am using Ford FIesta 1.6 Petrol ABS.
The insurrance is due in next month.
Pls suggect the Company from which i should get the insurrance done.
Also if possible, pls give the premium amount.
The Car was first registered in Oct 2006.
