Recently i have asked Maruti Dealer in Kakinada( AndhraPradesh) for On Road Price of WagonR . He quoted Handling Charges of Rs. 2900-00 for Hnadling cahrges and TR/HP charges of Rs2300-00. When i raised this question to Maruti Customer care in their website the reply is :----- we would like to inform you that Handling charges are pertaining to fuel expenses, driver expenses & other related expenses. The dealer have been charging the same under an agreement for sale of vehicle with its customers including you, hence the said charges are in line of our company’s policy. ------- by this reply i understood that its customer responsibility to pay the Cost of Transportation charges from Mfg. site to Dealer. Is it not strange?.
For the charges TR?HP there is no response from Maruti. I am in a opinion that this is a type of Cheating by automobile companies.

R/Sir, i would like to tell you that i have booked a swiftdzire ldi modelas on 4 jan 13. Dealer executive has promised me to deliver car after one month but yet i have not get it. I have also make payment of 609515 vide reciept no-11055 but when i ask dealer he says that within 2 or 3 day delivery will be given ths episode has been going since 1 feb2013. What should i do ? Dealers information as-Apra Auto (india) Pvt Ltd Narnaul Haryana. Plz Suggest me .

I bought Quanto in Nov 2012. I noticed a manufacturingdefect in the front bumper. due to which the left headlight is placed half inch inside the bumber as compared to the right one. Is there any possibility that Mahindra dealer (Koncept) change the bumper?
