I want buy a new Sedan car between 6 lakhs to 7.5 lakh, so what is the best cars in this segment....

I am having TATA Indigo Ls TDI engine car 2006 model. Problem is over heating engine. Radiator fuse will burn & melt. If I on A/C. with in fraction of seconds temperature will reach half of the temperature gauge. If it exceeds more than half AC will not function please advise. Is this due to radiator fan clog are what. I have to drive my car below 60k.m.p.h.

I want to buy a TATA SIERRA, anybody know about this car and what about the maintanance cost and spareparts please inform me the details
