I have a 98 model diesel premier padmini with 5.20-14 bias ply tyres. I like to change them to radial tyres.

I have two concerns here..
1. Rim width which is only 3.5J
2. Suspension system.

> Which sized radial tyre should I use to get a maximum ground clearance that can be mated to 3.5 wide rim?
> Should I tune the suspension to work with radial tyres? Is it possible to tune the premier 137D's suspension for radials?
