As per the Manual(Tata Manza Quadrajet) the engine oil needs to be changed every 20,000/- kms because it is synthetic oil. However, one of the reputed authorized service stations has changed the oil at 10,000/- kms.
What is the colour of new synthetic oil? Is it blackish? I wonder if they have not changed the oil and charged me for it.What should I do?
