my bike discover 135cc gives millage of 40-42 km/liter whatis reason. I have purchase two year back. Never i got more then 42 km/liter. I have complined several time to popular bajaj. Anybody can tell what is the reasons? why i am not getting the millage?

Hi,
I am a first time bike user & have narrowed down (myfirst bike) search to Bajaj Caliber Croma Model 2001 (it's used bike)Although i have not purchased it so far. The bike has been modified to get Yamaha R15 look. The seller has informed that the bike gives 35-40 KMPL & he is asking for Rs 20,000.00. All papers are clean & available. Do you think its a good deal & i should buy it? I also came to know that bajaj has stoped producing Caliber Croma. Do you the reason for same? Pls pls pls help... Kaushal...........

I am using caliber croma 2002 model onwards intial igot mailage 65km but suddenly droped to 44km( ofter change new Cylender)macanic suggesting to cange the carburrator. But he is not identify the problem.it is possible to get the good mailage after changing the carburattor? any possiblity what is the cast of Ucal-Mikuni VM18SH Carburatoor.
