Same thing happened with my friend also! he will get car on Oct 2010, and bank load will consider personal load and interest 18% when he get car then 9.5%. so Tata Nano and all related Banks are cheater. they cheat all those booked Tata Nano car! Faraz all the best and go to Consumer court!

Hi Faraz...If you revisit the terms and condition of Tata that you have signed at the time of registration, then by now you should have understood that Nano Bookings are not transferable. You can tak the delivery and sell it however bookings are not transferable.If this was the case then many people would have taken and sold it for higher prices.
To avoid this TATA has made it very clear at the time of booking.

However if you feel this is possible then please let us know how.thx

I am intrested, but would i have to bear the intrest from now or its only calculated from the day the vehicle is delivered. Whats the procedures to have the booking transfered, please give me all the details and if intrested how do we go about.

many body person cannot understand NANO POLICY IN SALE . WHITHOT BUYING ( ONLY BOOKING ) MANY PERSON GONE TO LOSS. I IT IS VERY THINKING POINT THAT ONLY ADD IS NOT ENOUGH. MY ADVISE IS THAT MR FARAZ ... CANCELL THE NANO .. 4700 LOSS IS NOT A BIG LOSS AS IF U BUY IT THAN RESALE THAN U MAY GET LOSS MORE

Sunil it is possible. depends on trust on a person if you have 140 k right now the car will be delevered to you in july 2010 but this amount should be paid before 18th of this month. Later when you get the car you can get it transferred to your name. If you need more info on how this can be done contact me at 9885594419.

Considering the utility of Nano t will be worth keeping Rs 4700 issue aside till july 2010.You wount be disappointed if you were realy interested in Nano.

Thank you for your suggestion MR. Shankar but I do not have that choice because they want me to convert that amount into an auto loan, another thing is that they at TATA Finance themselves do not have the exact information on how this process works .

I am trying to get an NOC from tata finance so that i can apply for a loan in SBI or SBH where the interest is low at 8% i hope that I get this auto loan or else i will loose my 4700, If someone here wants to take up that car they have to pay 140 lak to get it in july 2010 before 18th of this month and who ever is interested they can get a legal document signed by me for that booking so that we both can be on a safe side whoever is interested to take the booking.
