I have changed stock tyres (165/80 R14) of my new Swift Dzire Vxi to 15" Alloy with 195/60 Yokohama. Is it the right choice in terms of size of the alloy and also tyre. Will there be any warranty issues. Also the stock of Yokohama tyres available was around one year old. Will it affect the quality of tyres.

Hi,
Putting R15 size tyre wont affect performance of the vehicle and hence no effect on warranty. One year stock tyre is also reliable and can be used for good lot of km.

R 14 would have been ideal though R15 as shiva says won't have an impact on performance...but may have a slight impact on efficieny...What say Shiva???

Hi,
Yes there would be effect on overall fuel efficiency. However it would be very less and the point of better comfort and styling makes it worthy.
