which small diesel car to buy? liva, i20 magna, polo, beat or should go with swift vdi only.... pls do comment on beat as am yet to get an expert comment on beat diesel.

I own a Mahindra Scorpio Euro 3 (M Hawk)which is currently registered in Bangalore. I am re-locating to Gurgaon, Haryana shortly.
Will I be able to transfer the registration of my Euro 3 car to Gurgaon RTO?
I have heard that Gurgaon RTO will only registeration of Euro 4 cars? Is this true?
