Same type of complain are mentioned by the Figo users. The Ground Clearance is really very bad when the Car is fully loaded. Poor Milleage in Diesel and worst in Petrol... Thats the Ford Figo...

Ground clearance complaint is usual, but mileage seems to unusual but as dealer says it wont give but it will surely give 15kmpl with ac and 20 on highways if u drive in constant speed. ok then u have wait for ur first service then

please wait still your car is very new, you will get good average after service let run your car minimum 5000km than mileage will be ok thanks

keep the car in stedy speed in btwn 50 to 60km and proper air preassure.change the air filter in every service.change the gear according to the advice of RPM merter.best wishes

Your complaints are just the plain facts. I also own a same vehicle since past 2 years. It never gave me more than 13.5 in the city and 14.5 on highways. Vehicle is excellent. Only problem is even with 3 people, it bangs every hump on the road

U should not trust dealers words for assurace they eye wash u should cross check with other figo owners you should now buying before its ground clearance is very low wont suits for a heavy family. i think u can get max in city is 15 kmpl. highway its 18 kmpl

Hieeee I am owning this vehicle from last two months and the same situation is with me also but the reason behind this is only one thing when you get your car service try to change its air filter everytime and de-carbonising of engine also and when you drive the car make sure to drive car through proper rpm then only it will give you the best average

As you have told that you was driving honda city and it was giving you 12kmpl, it shows that you are not a rash driver. I also own the same vehicle Diesel Titanium since Oct. 2010 and i live in Mumbai and in the city traffic i get 15kmpl and on highways 18kmpl. even i am a little bit rash driver. You should be careful on the bumps if it is fully packed up only other wise there is no problem at all, it is a very comfortable and funny to drive car. enjoy your ride...

I own the Figo(Exi-D) in delhi since June last year and clocked 30K+ KMs.
always give 20+ with AC on highway and 15 in city with AC.
wait for 1st service and then check.
