Only Nano fits to your budget, but my suggestion is streatch your budget to 3L and go for Suzuki Alto or Hyundai Eon.

I am a Owner of Matiz , which has got outdated now. I just
wanted to fill the AC gas in Hyderabad. However, I am facing problems as many of the mechanics are reluctantly refusing that Matiz AC gas is no more available in the Market.
