i am getting tata safari 2-2vtt lx model at good rate car has run 6000 kms & is 3 months old can u tell me how much should i pay for it & what are the maintenance issues for safari

safari is an extreemly nice car...
But for the luxury u pay in fuel bills(9kml on highway)
maintainence is expensive my friend says his cars maintainence comes up to about 25 to 30k a year

Its almost new, 3000 km runing is negligeble unless some thing is fishy in that deal. Price should be are 7-7.25 lacs for it. Now doubt maintanence is high but its not frequent if you use it properly. and its spacious too compare to scorpio.

I own a Mahindra Scorpio Euro 3 (M Hawk)
which is currently registered in Bangalore. I am re-locating to Gurgaon, Haryana shortly.

Will I be able to transfer the registration of my Euro 3 car to Gurgaon RTO?

I have heard that Gurgaon RTO will only registeration of Euro 4 cars? Is this true?
