The difference is with respect to maintenance,comfort,number of passengers that can be accomoated and overall utility.The maintennace cost of new Indigo eCS would be much less compared to used Safari.The selection mainly depends upon utility expected and preparedness for maintennace costs.Considering maintenance factors, Indigo eCS would be better.
