i would suggest you to buy new honda city rather honda accord.moreover,both the cars represent two diff classes,luxury(accord ) and city(middle).i believe the new honda city offers new features in COMPARISON with the old city.
Furhermore,new honda accord features more elegant than the previous one.

i drive 2007 model honda accord and it is very reliable.

A new Honda City Base Model (E MT) would cost somewhere around 8.75L and the S MT model would cost 9.25L. I am getting a mileage of around 12km/l with my I-VTEC whereas Honda Accord would give an mileage of around 8-9 km/l. With a budget of 7L, I guess you should buy a Accord however, if you can increase your budget to 9L city is the car to buy.

Hi,
Considering the budget range mentioned, It would be ideal to go for used Honda City as New City would cost more than 8 lakh as mentioned.Availability of Accord in range is also slim.However if available, it would still be worth going for used city considering maintnence of Accord.
